He told the San Francisco Chronicle GP voter registration “is dropping like a rock” in the state. “The big picture is that currently there is not one single state legislative or congressional district that has a majority of the voters registering Republican” Hoffenblum said. “There’s a large slice of voters there being turned off by the Republican Party” he said. “What’s really hurting them there is an increase in middle-class Asian and Latino voters — and they’re not voting Republican. They’re registering decline-to-state. The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has identified eight districts in California now represented by Republicans but which went for the bama-Biden ticket in 2008 a committee spokeswoman told the Chronicle.
